Class Types
Group Session : Our group sessions have a maximum of 5 people. Each with an individualised program tailored to suit their specific needs and preferences. This can be anything from floor based exercises to Pilates equipment based exercises and maybe some cardiovascular exercise for good measure. With smaller groups, your technique can be closely monitored and exercises progressed as needed or desired.
Individual Session : An initial assessment with the Exercise Physiologist is the time when you will be oriented with the equipment and taught the movements and exercises that will be on your individually designed program. It is also an opportunity to discuss any injury or pain you may have. Even though you may have been to Pilates in the past, the initial assessment is a requirement for all new clients at Elemental Pilates before participating in a group session.
