Stephen Wellington

With a passion for movement that has seen Stephen’s involvement in dance at an international level for over 10 years, he is now dedicated to extending these skills by applying his knowledge to achieving, maintaining or returning people to their peak physical condition.

For the past fifteen years he has sought to drive distinct highest-level achievements for all from physical conditioning for individual rehabilitation purposes through to fine tuning for elite athletes.

Qualifications:
Diploma of Workplace Health & Safety : National Safety Council of Australia
Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movements : Queensland University of Technology
Diploma in Dance Performance : The Australian Ballet School.

Holly Kluver-Jones

Holly completed a Certificate IV in Pilates with Polestar Pilates in 2020. She was looking for a career change from law and her passion for Pilates, and her love of this studio, led her down an exciting new path. She has been practising Pilates for more than 10 years after experiencing back pain from sitting in a corporate office job. 

What Holly loves most about teaching Pilates is helping people with functional movement. She enjoys seeing clients grow stronger each week and embracing more challenging exercises. Holly has a particular passion for working with prenatal and postnatal mothers and teaches the weekly Mums and Bubs Pilates classes.
